Shipping Time: –
We process and dispatch your orders within 48 Hrs. days of the order confirmed. In case of ‘cash-on-delivery’ payment mode, we need you to verify your order on phone / WhatsApp by the Barsanamart team.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Barsanamart in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-4 business days in major cities and 4 to 7 business days for other locations.
Shipping Charges: –
1- The shipping charges of Rs. 59 will apply to all orders under Rs. 799,
2- Cash on delivery is not available for orders under Rs. 999.
International Shipping:-
1-We strive to deliver products purchased from Barsanamart.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 7-14 days, depending on the location. Sometimes shipments get stuck in customs then the delivery will get delayed. But the shipment will be delivered to you, surely.
2- Some items, Like Jhoola, Sofa, and Singhasan, are strictly restricted to order. We do not take any Heavy Furniture items for international orders. If you choose any out of these items, then the order will get cancelled, or you will have to pay additional charges.
3- Liquid is prohibited, like perfume, air freshener, etc.
4- We take international shipping charges of INR 2999 up to 2kg. If the shipment is more than 2kg, then the Customer would have to pay additional shipping charges.
Important:–
- If the order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges.
- If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on barsanamart.com’s Returns Policy.
- Some locations in India are served by India Post, so it will take 7-14 days for delivery.
